Susan and Bob Hoff are the Founders of Fontebella Maternity Home. They have been married for 20 years, and are the parents of 4 children and 4 grandchildren.
Susan graduated Summa Cum Laude receiving her Bachelors of Business Administration from Fontbonne University in St. Louis. After working more than 20 years as a Commercial Real Estate Property Manager, Susan left her career to start Fontebella. As a young mother herself, Susan experienced firsthand the importance of a supportive family and father of the baby. Upon learning that not everyone has that, Susan felt compelled  to provide a support system for them.

Gregg served on the Board of Directors for Relevant Pregnancy Options Center from 2006 to 2012, and has been on the Board for Fontebella since 2014.
