The Fontebella Ministry depends completely on the generosity of those in the community who willingly give of their own time, talent and treasure. There are many ways you can help us sustain this vital community service and all are valuable to ensuring we can keep our doors open to respond to the enormous needs of the young mothers who depend on us. Please consider any of the following.

A recurring commitment (monthly, bi-monthly, etc) in any amount will enable us effectively plan or look ahead as we minister to our young mothers. Suggested giving levels:

Tax Deductiblity
All donations to Fontebella whether monetary or in-kind are tax deductible. We track monetary giving and will provide you with the necessary documentation of your giving throughout the year. For in-kind donations, we provide a donation form for your use at the time the donation is made.
In-Kind Donations
Clearing out clutter from your home? Getting ready to do a little spring cleaning? Can’t quite get that car into the garage anymore for all the clutter? Are your baby’s growing out of their cribs, high chairs, strollers, swings, clothing?
Fontebella is here to help you out! And in helping you out, you are helping us out! Fontebella has an on-going critical need to get hold of your gently used but no longer needed household items, clothing, furniture, electronic items, bedding, furniture, and just about anything else. Most of our young mothers come into the Fontebella Ministry with very little; often they are homeless, without family support, and lacking even the most basic essentials for establishing a safe, equipped home. In trying to respond to that need Fontebella is committed to helping the young mothers successfully transition from our home to their home. We try and ensure they have most of the very basic needs like baby furniture, clothing, kitchen utensils, home furniture (bedding, couches, chairs, tables, lamps, etc).
You can probably appreciate how involved this can be. Yet we believe it is so essential. Essential because as the young mothers transition from Fontebella they face enormous challenges of just being a new parent, trying to get themselves established in jobs, education programs, new communities, daycare, and on and on. Our approach of trying to help them become established is simply viewed as helping to ease their burden just a little bit. Taking perhaps one item off their list of challenges. And your in-kind donations of items you no longer have a need for help greatly. Please consider the impact you can have on the new lives our young women are embarking and choose to get involved!
